3. When can user gets device bonus after top-up?

If user starts use Samsung A05s device together with MPT sim card in Day 1 and top-up at least (1 time) 3,000 Ks in that same day, user will get device bonus in Day 2.
If user starts use Samsung A05s device together with MPT sim card in Day 1 and top-up at least (1 time) 3,000 Ks in Day 2, user will get device bonus in Day 2.

4. Why can’t I get the bonus even top up requirement amount?

Need to top up at least (1 time) (e.g., 5000 Ks top up user cannot top up 3000 Ks and 2000 Ks separately and cannot receive bonus)

5. How long will the bonus data be given?

Up to 6 months, from the month of bonus activation.
E.g., if subscriber activate the bonus in April 2021, free bonus will be given up to September, even if subscriber didn’t top-up and didn’t get bonus in May to July.

6. What will happen if I switch to base plan?

Free bonus data can only be used if subscriber is on Swe Thahar plan.
If subscriber switches to base and then switches back to Swe Thahar plan, subscriber will get remaining bonus data back.
